Abstract Research Paper Example - How to Use Them to Describe Your Ideas

Abstract Research Paper Example - How to Use Them to Describe Your IdeasOne of the more important aspects of writing a research paper is knowing how to use an abstract research paper example. The best ones are more than simply lists of items, or technical details that need to be translated into meaningful words. They're an effective way to demonstrate how your examples can be used to organize, condense, and break up a big list of problems. There are a lot of uses for an abstract research paper example. They're best used as a guide to how you can work through a large body of work or idea and help you do so effectively. Most students find them a great place to find inspiration from.An abstract research paper example is especially useful for students in their first year or even a sophomore. They know very little about scientific concepts and are likely to struggle with them. They are also likely to have trouble finding information on the web, so they are more likely to rely on abstract r esearch paper examples. That is, if they're not used to getting papers without specific information on how to do them. When you're trying to make a good impression on a class, an abstract research paper example will show them exactly what to expect, in an organized, easy to read format. You won't have to go through all of their reading list, they won't have to learn new grammar or spelling, and they'll get some ideas for the paper and just as importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate to them how you use different examples to make them more readable.Abstract research paper examples are also a good way to get your idea across. Often times, a student will come to class thinking they know enough to write a paper, but is confused by how you use each of your examples. Allowing them to use one example as a 'reference' and then go through the paper individually will allow them to understand more about the entire idea. They'll be able to see that there is more to the idea than just a single example.A unique way to use an abstract research paper example is as a guide to how you can break down the work you've done to get it. For example, if you had a hard time putting a large study into words, how would you rephrase it so that it would look much more organized? An abstract research paper example is a quick and easy way to demonstrate how to use your ideas to condense them and break them up. Using one example lets you break the hard work into smaller steps, giving you an easy way to show your students how you were able to turn your ideas into a useful piece of writing.

Jesus Mission On Earth - 761 Words

â€Å"JESUS MISSION ON EARTH† Jesus mission on earth is to save all who are lost and separated from God. When He came to earth, He was not born in a house or mansion, He was not born in the hospital, and He was not born in a shack. However, He was born in a stable, which was in the lowest place possible, so that when He started his ascension, He will meet the lowest level of every individual on the face of the earth, meaning that no matter how fallen or worthless anyone thinks they are with their life, Jesus is able to identify Himself with them in their valley’s situation and bring them into the kingdom of God as royal priest of God and make them to reign as kings over the earth (Rev. 5:9-10). That was why throughout His ministry on earth, He identified Himself with people who were at the bottom of life, people who have had the worst life that could ever be imagined. He ascended, but He also descended first into the lower parts of the earth, He who descended is also th e one who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things (Ephesians 4:8-10), the same He who descended also ascended that he may raise us up from our fallen state. He identified Himself with the Prostitutes (John 8:1-11) criminals or thieves (Matthew 27:38; Luke 23:32-33, 39-43), murderers (Acts 7:54-60; 8:1-3; 9:1; Matthews 27:15-26; Mark 15:7-15; Luke 23:18-25). Psychology book report Essay Example For Students

Psychology book report Essay The Boy who couldn’t stop Washing written by DR. Judith Rapoport, published by Penguin books in 1989, containing 292 pages, deals with obsessive compulsive disorder. Dr. Rapoport is a psychiatrist who specializes in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). In this, book she reveals new drug treatments, new methods in diagnosis and behaviorist therapies. This is done through the study of her patients and their disorders. Rapoport has revealed this secret disease and hopes to bring and understanding about it to all that may suffer from it and to anyone who may want to be informed. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning about OCD. It may help those who face this disease everyday of their lives, and make them realize they are not alone. Also will aid in those who do not know much about this disease and give them and understanding and be aware that it surrounds us. There are many interesting quotes and advice given in this book; five statements stood out that I felt are worthwhile. â€Å"Most Psychiatrists don’t use the word â€Å"crazy† but that’s exactly how to talk about it with an obsessive-compulsives. Since they are so sane in every other way, you must agree with and understand how upset they are by how crazy it all is† (pg. 6). This stood out to me and made me realize many things. Many who would look at people with OCD would think they are crazy, but in fact they are as normal in a sense as anyone of us is but they suffer from a problem. We all suffer from some kind of problem but not to this degree, so when people label them as crazy it is wrong as yet they are saner than many of us. â€Å"Whether you know it or not you know someone with this disease†(pg. 115)After finishing this book I realized that this is somewhat true. This is a disease that has been kept a secret, and those that suffer from it keep it a hidden. It is embarrassing and those that suffer from this wish not to be identified. It has become a ritual to the person; they feel if they admit that they suffer from this that they will be labeled as â€Å"crazy† when if fact they are not. One of our family members may have it or friends, we never know, and that’s the amazing thing because we might be able to help them but they are not willing to be open about it. â€Å"Often parents behaviors, even quite odd and unreasonable behavior, are a reaction to difficult demands from a sick child, demands that they are only to glad to leave behind when the child stops suffering† (pg. 111). This was really interesting to me, before this I learned that parents help and participate with their sick children during their rituals, but as soon as the child is better things return to normal. This is understandable, a parent can’t bear to see a child suffer alone and so they join in as support. Their whole life may revolve around these rituals. Life then becomes awkward due to this. They only become happy when they are able to leave this bizarre life behind. What happens to the parents who don’t participate those who do not understand how may the child react to this? The parents who do cope and deal with the child and also help shows great strength, but also these parents need to find help because if they continue to just deal with it neit her one of them will heal. â€Å"A recent national survey of psychiatric disorders found that patients with OCD (compared with those without) are more likely to abuse drugs† (pg. 119) This amazed me when I read this. It said that a young man abused drugs as to relieve the pain of his disorder. He tried so many different drugs such as PCP and LSD; some helped him deal with it. Its sad that many of these OCD sufferers have to result to drugs to help cope with their disorder. I also wondered that if many of the drug users today are OCD sufferers. There should be more help for these OCD patients so they do not have to resort to using drugs, more should be done to research this, and help these people. .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 , .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .postImageUrl , .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 , .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2:hover , .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2:visited , .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2:active { border:0!important; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2:active , .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2 .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .udd0e21fb70e4c796b7ca7f6f6ac049b2:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: Car Winterization Essayâ€Å"Zach became almost a new child over night just learning that his father had to face the same problem. The secrecy that seems to be inherent in this disorder is the first and sometimes the greatest enemy to overcome† (pg. 69) When someone is ashamed they don’t try to bring attention to this disorder. This may happen in many situations in life where people have to deal with some kind of disease. It seems thought that OCD has usually been kept much more of a secret than many other diseases. Its hard to cope with this but once you realize you are not the only one who may have this problem it might become much easier to face. Especiall y if you know someone close to you faced the same problem, you may gain courage to cope with it. This book was very intriguing; every aspect of this book amazed me. Rapoport starts of by telling the readers the purpose for writing this book is to inform people that they are not alone if they have OCD. She wants to inform those with OCD that help is available. She also wants to let those people understand more about their disorder. She wants to inform the non- informed about the disorder. It is extremely important for they’re to be an understanding about OCD among the general public. Understanding the disorder leads to disproving misconceptions. Dr. Rapoport then goes into life and trials of a family coping with the disease. A father and son both have OCD. At the current time, the parents finally realize their son has OCD. The father than tries to form a bond with his son based on the fact that he also has OCD. So they both are able to cope with it and able to find a way out. He discusses with his son his past experiences with the disease. After each case, Rapoport explains the individual disorder involving the son. She also explains the treatment given. If it be medicine or psychoanalysis. After the introduction into the disorder, Rapoport tries to explain the cause. The cause is really a mystery. They believe the problem involves neurotransmitters and the transferring of neurons. They base this on the fact that OCD resembles Parkinson’s disease and turrets syndrome. Many people take or are affected by different medicines. Anfril seems to be the most prominent drug used to treat OCD. This is based on a series of testing done, which is also described in the book. Rapoport then goes on to explain the different types of symptoms of OCD. There is the most popular which is washing. These people wash to get as clean as possible. What is strange is that they don’t seem to mind dirt, if it isn’t on themselves or on their personal belongings. She also goes into rarer symptoms like hair pulling and religious compulsions such as sins and gathers. What I found particular is her chapter on boundaries. There are many aspects of our culture or nature that we can say might be OCD, but not exactly. For example people who are overachievers or people who constantly want clean atmospheres in their home or office etc. the final chapter refers to religious reasons for why OCD occurs. There are many topics of OCD that I would like to further explore. One is particular is turning to drugs to try to cope with the disease. Also I would like to explore the more general topic of what is the cause of OCD, how does it come about and when did it originate. More boys suffer from OCD than girl’s do I would also like to explore this area, is there some chemical imbalance in boys that is different from those of girls.

The Global Sports Retail Industry

Introduction The global sports retail industry has achieved a rapid growth over the last ten years. It is also expected to continue growing over the next five years, with an estimated growth rate of about 6% per annum to reach about $130 billion by 2020 (United Nations 2014). For instance, studies have shown that there is an increase in the demand for sports goods or sport-style products in various parts of the world, especially Asia. The purpose of this paper is to develop a comprehensive report based on the industrial analysis of the global sports retail business. It will examine the industry ba sed on the conventional techniques of industry analysis, including forced field analysis, porters 5 forces, PEST and SWOT analysis. This paper argues that the sports industry stands a better chance to develop rapidly over the next five years, giving corporate and other players a good chance to improve their economic development and financial health. Force field analysis Force field analysis is an important tool in the process and technique of decision-making (Lewin 2000). It aims at analyzing the forces for and against industrial or corporate change in order to provide corporate leaders with information needed to make effective decisions. In addition, the technique helps corporate leaders communicate the reasons behind their need for change in the corporate management area, which makes it easy to convince stakeholders that a change or project is needed. In particular, the force field analysis model yields information that has two effects (Cartwright 2009). It can provide information that supports the idea of change, thus calling the corporations involved to go ahead with a project, a change of a program.Advertising Looking for assessment on business economics? In particular, the growing demand for sports and sport-style products is high in areas with a high rate of population growth, especially in a number of Asian countries (Cai Du 2013). Statistics indicate that out of the estimated 7.14 billion people in the world, about 4 billion live in Asia, accounting for more than 55% of the total world population (World Bank 2013). Together, the populations of India and China make about 2.6 billion people, providing evidence of the increased rate of demand for sports products in thes e areas (Randers 2012). For instance, the increase in the demand for sports-style products was more than 4% in China between 2005 and 2010 (Research markets 2012). Overall, the rate of demand for these products is more than 3% per annum (Mullin, Hardy Sutton 2013). The high population is the largest player in the increased rates of demand. Improved economies: Another major factor supporting the rate of growth in the sports retail industry is the trend of economies in various parts of the world. In North America, the economic situation has improved rapidly since the end of the global recession. Between 2010 and 2013, the economy of the US increased by 2.3% per annum (Coates Humphreys 2003). In addition, other regions have enjoyed improved economic growths since 2010. For instance, the economy of the south east Asian region has improved by more than 3%, while that of the near and middle east nations has achieved a growth rate of more than 4% per annum (World Bank 2013). In addition, despite few cases such as Greece, Italy and Spain, the European Union has achieved an improved growth rate in its economy, which is expected to reach 2.1% per annum (Smith Stewart 2012). South America has some of the most rapidly developing economies in the world. The number of people attaining the middle class level is increasing rapidly, while poverty rates are declining. In nations such as Brazil and Argentina, the economic growth has developed rapidly over the last five years. This explains the rising demand for sport-like goods in these areas. In addition, African nations have the world’s largest rates of economic growth.Advertising We will write a custom assessment sample on The Global Sports Retail Industry specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More In the recent past, a number of African nations have achieved an economic growth rate of more than 5%, with some reaching a high of 8%, including Ghana, Angola and Senegal (Brei singer, Diao Thurlow 2011). In addition, most countries in the region have a growth rate of more than 4%, with the most significant including Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Ethiopia and Ivory Coast (World Bank 2013). The youth factor: In the modern world, the status of the young people has increased significantly. With an increase in the number of young people taking part in the economic building such as employment and business, most nations have experienced in increase in the demand for products and services that support youth affairs. Among the most important industry supported by this phenomenon is the sports retail industry. In North American, South America, Asia and Europe, growth of the sports retail industry is favored by an increased rate of youth participation in various aspects of the economy. According to studies, young people have a tendency of being active in sports or wearing sport-like clothing and shoes. In addition, the empowerment of the young people thro ugh financial support and improvement of employment opportunities in Asian nations, in particular, has supported the increase in the demand for sport goods and services, which supports the growth of the sports retail industry. Restraining forces Economic recession: Although the world economy has achieved a relatively good rate of recovery from the 2007-2010 economic recession, the effects of the phenomenon is still affecting most countries. For instance, the recession made the US economy lose by more than 4% per annum (Bjork 2012). In particular, the employment rate declined significantly, with the rate of unemployment reaching about 8% per annum (World Bank 2013). The number of people that lost jobs during the time is significant, with a good number being young people. This also took place in Europe and Asia, which affected the industrial growth rates. With a high number of people losing job opportunities due to the impact of the recession, the number of people purchasing luxury sp ort goods declined significantly in most nations in Europe, Asia and North America.Advertising Looking for assessment on business economics? The buyer power, new entrants, competition rivalry, supplier power and threats of substitutes provide evidence of the industry’s state at a given time. Buyer Power in the Global sports retail industry In sports retail industry, consumers have the largest role in driving the business of the industry. The power of the consumers is evident in pricing, especially when competitors tend to outdo each other based on pricing strategies. In the recent past, most competitors in the industry have been trying to attract more consumers through discounts and services to increase their market share. Buyers reap the benefit of obtaining products at competitive pri ces. However, statistics have shown that the number of people aged 45 and above seeking to use sports product in managing their health has increased significantly, especially in the developed world (Quan 2010). This trend has allowed consumers to look for fashion that is mostly associated with sports. The high rate of competition between retailers in the industry based on production of goods meant to meet the specific demands for various social groups has enhanced the power of buyers in the industry. In addition, the amount of product differentiation in the market for sports goods has increased, with companies manufacturing products based on the specific needs such as jogging, cycling, skating for health purposes and those meant for real sporting activities (Andersen, Van Raalte Brewer 2001). This has given consumers a wide range of choice, enhancing their power in the control of the industry. However, there are only a small number of retailers in the oligopolistic sports retail ma rket, which has restrained the buyer power because forward integration is difficult as the buyers are mainly the consumers, making their chance of taking over less significant. Nevertheless, the overall power of buyers in the industry is rated â€Å"moderate†. The power of suppliers In the global sports retail industry, the suppliers are the corporations involved in manufacturing, including Nike, Reebok, Adidas and Puma. These organizations are multinational and large corporates that control the industry. They are globally branded with reputation and value due to high quality products they offer to the market. This makes the bargaining power of the industry to be significantly low. They have almost become the main decides of the prices for sports products. Forward integration seems to be relatively high because the retailers are threatened by the suppliers. For instance, a number of suppliers have been acquiring retailers, which makes the suppliers take over the control of th e retail industry. A good example is the acquisition of Hargreaves Sports, a retail business in the industry, by Nike. Nike used this opportunity to set up an exclusive fully branded outlet for sports good in Nike town, London, in 1999 (Deng 2009). On its part, Reebok opened a fitness center known as Reebok Sports Club in London, England, which provides consumers with a wide range of exclusively branded Reebok products for health fitness purposes (Yu 2011). Moreover, the suppliers use marketing strategies such as advertising, promotion, corporate social responsibility and sponsorship for sports clubs and fitness welfares, achieving the overall control of the industry. Overall, the power of suppliers in the retail industry for sports good in the world is high. Rivalry among competitors There is a considerably good level of competition between main players in the retail business in the global sports industry. The concentration ratio as well as HHI is important measures of rivalry in t he industry based on market share. These markets shares can be obtained in the Mintel’s report (2008) as shown in appendix 3. In this case, it has been shown that the concentration ratio is the market share that the four major competitors in the global retail industry are JJB Sports, Sports World, DJ Sports and Supermarkets/retail chains in various parts of the world. As shown in the appendix, the CR reveals that the four major competitors sell about 75% of the total output, which means that the degree of rivalry is high. In addition, the calculations in the appendix show that the HHI of the industry is about 1683, which lies between 1000 and 1800. This means that the market is moderately concentrated. Threat of new entrants As shown above, the CR and HHI degrees are relatively high, with the number of major players in the industry remaining relatively low. Each of the players has a large number of stores in various parts of the world. They compete among themselves to increas e their market shares. In addition, they have dominated the market for a long time, providing quality products. Therefore, for new entrants in the market to succeed, they must impress consumers that their products are quality. In addition, the entry of supplies in the market, especially through acquisitions and mergers or joint ventures with the existing retailers, has made it difficult for new entrants to tap market share in the industry (DePamphili 2013). Therefore, the overall threat of new entrants is low. Threats of substitutes In footwear, the price of sports shoes is likely to change when substitutes change in prices. In this case, substitutes include products from local companies, which is common in various parts of the world. PEST analysis Political The global sports retail industry seeks to increase the volume of sales of sports goods and services to the global clients. The key players involved in this industry include Foot Locker, JD Sports, Sports Direct, Sports World, J JB Sports and supermarket chains. These companies face political challenges in their business. For instance, the politics of control of the industry is evident. Suppliers seem to be fighting each other at the retail level. For example, Nike and Reebok have strategies to acquire or partner with selected retailers in order to lock out other suppliers (Slater Lloyd 2004). This brings a tense political environment between the suppliers and the retailers. In addition, retailers are flexing their muscles by moving beyond Europe and North American to venture new markets in Asia and South America, especially in China, India, Brazil and other nations in the Southeast Asian region. In all of these regions, the political environment is diverse. For example, there are laws to protect local companies in some nations like South Korea and China. Taxation and legal politics are evident. In addition, the companies are considered western products, which affect the perceptions of the people in foreig n nations. Economical Retailers of sports products seek to increase their market share and profitability. To do this, they tend to increase their outlets, which make it necessary to hire a large number of employees in Europe, North America as well as foreign markets. This contributes to the overall growth of the economies where the outlets are based. In addition, it is worth noting that labor affects these companies. In Europe, the cost of labor is higher in France and Germany than in Britain. Similarly, the cost of labor is high in North American and Europe than in China and South Korea. Thus, most factories are located in Asia. It means that the retailers have to open new locations in Asia and sometimes obtain supplies from these areas. Social Sports products are associated with sports cultures at a given time and location. In Europe, North America and other westernized nations, sports are a major social factor, with few social restrictions attached to it. Sportswear of different kinds and styles are allowed. However, in some nations such as those using strict Islamic laws, including Saudi Arabia, as well as those with strict cultural laws like North Korea, some sports and sportswear are not allowed, especially those though to expose certain parts of the bod. In addition, some cultural laws prohibit women from taking part in sports or wearing certain sports clothing. Technological analysis The internet technology has improved business processes. Sports retail business is one of the most affected industries. Currently, most consumers are increasingly moving to online shopping, where it is possible to select and order products. Thus, most retailers have implemented e-commerce as part of their business processes. SWOT Analysis Strengths The sports retail industry is one of the fastest growing industries, thanks to an increase in the number of middle and aged people using sporting activities to enhance the quality of their lives. According to statistics, the num ber of baby boomers population in North America and their similar population in Europe are concerned with their health. They have increasingly been using sporting activities as the most effective solution to improve their health and quality of life. Thus, the retail business is likely to remain strong over the next few decades. Weaknesses Sports products are mostly luxury goods and services. They do not have a high priority in most households. Therefore, frequent economic recessions and other financial problems are likely to affect the demand for these products (Mehta 2013). Thus, retailers face the risk of frequent decreases in demands. Opportunities As mentioned, the increase in global population, especially in Asia, South America and Africa, provides the sports retail business with chances for expansion and growth. In addition, the rising state of economics in various parts of the world means that the demands for these products are likely to rise. Moreover, the trend of using spo rting activities to meet health demands is increasing throughout the world. Threats Although the number of retailers is relatively low, the current players face a threat of new entrants in the market. For instance, the increased tendency of suppliers to enter the retail market is a major threat. In addition, emerging nations like China, India and others have a quest for entering the market. They are encouraging corporations to go global, which means that some of their retailers in this industry are likely to enter the market in the future (Development Research Center of the State Council 2009). Tan vs. Tanto in Spanish

Tan vs. Tanto in Spanish Tan and tanto can be a source of confusion in Spanish because they both can used in comparisons such as as green as and as much as. But the two words, although closely related, are used in grammatically different ways and cant be substituted for each other. One way to think of the main difference between the two is that tan is used as an adverb in those constructions, while tanto is used as an adjective. For this reason, tan doesnt change with the context, while tanto can also exist in the inflected forms tanta, tantos, and tantas. Using Tan Tan basically means so, sometimes such a or as, and is used only before adjectives or adverbs (or nouns used as adjectives). Rita es tan alta como Marà a. (Rita is as tall as Marà a.)Rita habla tan rpido como Marà a. (Rita talks as fast as Marà a.) Sentences such as these are by far the most common usage of tan. The phrase  quà © tan  Ã¢â‚¬â€¹can often be translated as how:  Ã‚ ¿Quà © tan inteligente eres?  (How intelligent are you?) Using Tanto Tanto basically means so much or so many or, when used with como, as much or as many. Tengo tanto dinero como Juan. (I have as much money as Juan.)Tengo tanto dinero que no sà © quà © hacer con à ©l. (I have so much money I dont know what to do with it.) Tanto also can be used to make other kinds of comparisons and has a wide variety of colloquial uses; under some circumstances it can be used not only as an adjective but also as a noun, pronoun or adverb. A good dictionary will list at least two dozen different uses. Some examples: Tengo quince y tantos nietos. (I have 15 or so grandchildren.)No quiero estudiar tanto. (I dont want to study so much.) Tanto as a Conjunction Tanto as a fixed form is sometimes used as a conjugation, typically in a phrase that includes como. Dejar de consumir tabaco causa sà ntomas tanto fà sicos como mentales. (Quitting using tobacco causes symptoms that are as much physical as mental.)Soy consciente que tanto yo como el resto podemos dar un poco ms. (Im aware that I as much as the rest of us can give a little more.) Sample Sentences Using Tan and Tanto El troll de Facebook dice: Tan importante soy que me tienen que bloquear para ser feliz. (The Facebook troll says: I am so important that they have to block me to be happy.) Mà ©xico est tan listo como Panam. (Mexico is as ready as Panama.) El centro de la Tierra est tan caliente como el Sol. (The center of the Earth is as hot as the sun.) Descubre quà © tan hombre eres con este machà ³metro. (Find out how much of a man you are with this macho-meter. This sentence construction, which is unusual, is an exception to the rule that tan isnt used with nouns.)  ¡Quà © tiempo tan feliz! (What a very happy time!) Voy a ser tan rica como pueda. (Im going to be as rich as I can.) Dime tu estilo de crianza y te dirà © quà © tan exitoso podrà a ser tu hijo. (Tell me your parenting style and Ill tell you how successful your child could be.)  ¿Es necesario consumir y comprar tanto para ser feliz? El amor durar tanto como lo cuides, y lo cuidars tanto como lo quieras. (Love will endure as much as you nurture it, and you will nurture it as much as you want it.) Key Takeaways Both tan and tanto can be used in comparisons meaning as much as or as ____ as, but they arent interchangeable.Tan functions as an adverb, so it doesnt change form with the nouns or adjectives around it.Tanto typically functions as an adjective, so it can take other forms, namely tanta, tantos, and tantas. It is made up of many different key players, elements, and challenges that can benefit any nonprofit management source. There are many approaches that can be used depending on the exact focus of the entire organization. â€Å"The specific size of the organization can also be a very important factor to consider when studying or designing any type of plan for the most efficient company possible† (Drucker, Peter F., p. 122). Compared to profit organizations, nonprofit companies are basically designed becau se they would not exist if it was not for the essential need. The service being offered from the nonprofit organizations are usually created out of the fundamental ethics of the creator or or founder. As the profit companies are usually made as a money generating system, the nonprofit organizations are made for service in hopes of creating enough money to continue the operation. â€Å"The nonprofit organization also hopes for as much agreement and compliance with all of its associations so they will completely understand the companies mission† (Gruber, Robert E.; Mohr, Mary.p. 109). Importance of Strategic Planning Strategic planning is always considered of the utmost importance to all nonprofit organizations. It is the basic and core plan that completely holds the entire organization together and gives it a support system for all of its employees. Without a basic strategic plan there is no possible way that any kind of organization can even attempt to survive as a growing co mpany in our nation. The plan is the foundation to everything the organization does and stands for. There is no if, and, or but to what is stated in the plan. A good plan will never allow for any corners to be cut and will be in complete acceptance with all of the members. If for any reason there is who disagrees with the plan, there will have to a major decision made to either resolve the matter on a personal level or to even revise the plan in more severe cases. â€Å"If no agreement can be reached there will have to be further measure to remove the disagreeing person from his position† (Hume, Craig; Hume, Margee, p. 98). Key Players to Implement the plan There are many key players in that are involved in implementing a solid plan for any company. To begin with there should be â€Å"strategic audits†, â€Å"portfolio management†, and â€Å"product line pruning†. â€Å"The basic program portfolio must always be managed as a totality, and never as indivi dual isolated programs† (Worth, Micheal J. p. 37). There should also always be a complex investigation method, analysis, and use of technique methods that are formally incorporated into the basic plan. These methods will be used to communicate the plan with any individual that will need to fully understand all of the details involved. In addition, there will also have to be many financial arrangements that can be made as simple as possible and arranged in a very neat format. â€Å"These key players should be made known, and should
